Job Description Summary
GE Healthcare has a great opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to support our Imaging Equipment business in the greater San Antonio / South TX area. With your experience in construction and healthcare projects, you'll own the implementation process for installing our larger imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers, from sales order review through training customers on their new devices. This is a customer-facing position best suited to candidates in San Antonio, TX.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during installation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
- Work cross-functionally with sales and service teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and a minimum of five years of project management experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight when required
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in a home office
- Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and MagicPlan
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification
