We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Insurance Operations - Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing (Supporting Singapore)

The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Singapore team

We will count on you to:

·Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)

·Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.

·Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.

·Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives

·on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement

What you need to have:

·At least a bachelor’s degree in any field

·2 – 4 years’ experience in Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing role.

·High Proficiency in using MS Office Application

·Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
