We provide services andsupportsto adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financialassistance, communityconnectionand referral services.
About the role
As anIntake and Crisis Support Worker, thisis your opportunity to providehigh‑qualityassessment, crisis intervention andshort‑termsupport to people across Victoria who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will work as part of a dedicatedafter‑hoursteam, responding to immediate needs, risks and vulnerabilities, and linking clients withappropriate supportsand emergency services.
Reporting to theTeam Leader, this is aPermanentPart‑Time position, 42 hours per fortnight, based on-siteinSt Kilda, VIC.
Expected Shift times
Week 1:
Wednesday - 5pm - 11:30pm
Thursday - 5pm - 11:30pm
Friday - 5pm - 11:30pm
Saturday - 5pm - 11:30pm
Week 2:
Thursday 5pm - 11:30pm
Friday 4:30pm - 11pm
Saturday - 5pm - 11:30pm
Conditions
Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award –Level 5.
