The Opportunity
As an Internal Audit/Business Controls Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end internal audit services to clients across various industries. Within our Audit and Assurance practice, you will focus on optimizing internal audit functions, co-sourcing, outsourcing, and managed services, leveraging AI and risk technology to address a full spectrum of risks. Your work will help organizations protect value, navigate disruption, and gain confidence to take calculated risks for growth.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
Leading internal audit engagements to evaluate and enhance internal controls and compliance with regulationsDeveloping and implementing audit methodologies and risk management strategies to optimize audit processesUtilizing AI platforms and data analytics to identify and address potential risks and opportunities for improvementManaging and mentoring audit teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentCollaborating with stakeholders to provide insights on corporate governance and financial reporting standardsConducting data analysis and interpretation to support audit findings and recommendationsOverseeing the preparation and review of audit reports, confirming clarity and accuracyEngaging in strategic questioning to uncover underlying issues and drive business process improvementsFacilitating the integration of innovative technologies to enhance audit efficiency and effectivenessBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support their internal audit needsWhat You Must Have

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
