Your Role:
As the Internal Communications Senior Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of global internal communications to ensure employees stay informed, connected, and engaged. This position is responsible for shaping internal communications strategy, translating business priorities into clear and compelling messaging, and partnering with senior leaders to reinforce Tenable's culture and strategic direction. You will serve as a dedicated partner for executive communications, taking on responsibilities that include ghostwriting, messaging development, leadership announcements, and coordinating company-wide All Hands meetings.This role is part of the corporate communications team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Communications.
Your day-to-day will involve developing and content about a range of topics from new corporate initiatives, product announcements and events across various internal channels, such as email, company intranet, video, and corporate messaging platforms. To ensure effective and scalable communications, you will also manage internal communications platforms, tools, vendors, and governance processes while measuring the success of your programs through employee feedback and target="_blank">Recruiting@Tenable.com for further assistance.
