
The InternationalConsumer Insights & ResearchAnalystis a source of truth for understanding consumer preferences, consumer behavior, and category trends.Day-to-day responsibilitiesincludevendor relationshipmanagement, survey development,survey analysis, and reportdevelopment.This individual will lead the International Brand Health Tracking program, ensuring the surveys and outputs consistently meet the needs of internal stakeholders and international franchisees, and will also support the rollout of the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program to elevate the customerexperienceacross markets.Success in this role requires developing andmaintainingstrong relationships with key stakeholders (International marketing team, regional field teams, commercial services, development) and partners (vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled attranslating data into actionable insights. As a member of the International Marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity and responsibility toshare and develop theInternationalteam’sconsumer knowledge.
*This position will sit onsite in our Columbia Support Center 4 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Brand Health Tracking program – including survey design, survey quality assurance, data analysis, and report creation.
Support Voiceof the Customer program including franchisee onboarding,survey review, report management, andad hocdata analysis.
Assistwithbespokeresearch needsincludingtranslating business needs into researchobjectives,recommendresearch methodologies, writing surveys, analyzing data, anddeveloping reports.
Help leadimplementationofsharing ofconsumertrendandmarket reports with information from secondary data platforms.
Supportbusiness planning andadhocneeds forregionaland field marketingteamsby collectingmarket and consumerdata and information.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, etc.
Preferred: Masters in Marketing or MBA
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum:3+yearsconsumer insights/market researchexperiencerequired
Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred
International experiencepreferred

Strong survey writing and analysis skills
