As the New Client Development Team Manager, you will lead the planning and implementation of innovative client acquisition initiatives, leveraging paid media campaigns and strategic sponsorships in partnership with regional Leadership and the Marketing Team. In addition to overseeing a team of New Client Development specialists, you will ensure that every lead receives a personalized introduction to J.P. Morgan International Private Bank, working closely with Advisor teams to maximize engagement and conversion.
