Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review accounts/inventory to determine eligibility for preparation of conveyance documents. Create and review deeds, mortgages, deeds of re-conveyance, declarations, and other legal instruments as necessary. (25% time)
- Review executed and/or recorded deeds, deed-backs or other legal instruments. Track chain of title and coordinate with title agents and/or owners when additional information is required. (25% time)
- Learn brands and all related systems. Update systems of record and other databases to track account/inventory status and indicate transaction is complete within Wyndham's records. (20% time)
- Communicate with owners, site personnel or external business partners when additional documentation is needed to convey title. Coordinate information between team members and requestors to ensure timely response. (15% time)
- Forecast inventory levels for applicable clubs and products; make recommendations relevant to business needs. Produce and distribute reports relative to club needs maintaining good relationships through effective communication. (10% time)
- Perform other duties as needed. (5% time)

Travel Requirements
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Training: No special training requirements.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization with changing priorities while maintaining professionalism.
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detail oriented.
- Strong motivation to learn; ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and self-manage multiple tasks to meet company and customer expectations.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Vacation ownership industry knowledge preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Access is a plus.
- Electronic Signing & Recording experience a plus.
Job Experience:
- 2 years general office experience.
- 1-2 years closing or title related experience.
- 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Timeshare experience is a plus.
- Certified Florida Notary is a plus.
