This is a production support role in BA responsible for iSeries (AS400) Applications Support for a wide range of businesses in NA, including Cleared Derivatives, Collateral Management, Credit Exposure Control, Fixed Income Securities and Commercial Loans. The role includes the involvement in frontline support, incident management, root cause analysis, productivity improvements and providing support during change management cycle. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.
