Roles & Responses
Understand infrastructure architecture and end-to-end service flows to support operational and troubleshooting activities.
Analyze user & customer complaints and identify root causes through systematic problem-solving and technical analysis.
Perform system administration tasks, including user requests handling, on-call 7x24 support, and operational activities.
Develop and implement solutions to continuously improve the quality and reliability of all services.
Design infrastructure solutions and implement new platforms to support service expansion and technology enhancement.
Apply project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure and service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inTelecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
0–5 years of experience, preferably infixed broadband technology.
Strong knowledge ofnetworking fundamentalsandnetwork troubleshooting.
Experience or knowledge inAI/ML, customer support, network implementation, and network quality control, includingroot cause analysis.
Programming skills are an advantage:Unix Shell Script, Python, PHP, DevSecOps, C#.
Good command ofEnglish(written and spoken).
Able tostandby on-calloutside business hours withon-call allowanceprovided.
