Information Technology (IT) assets must be functional, reliable, and available for successful customer experience. Thats why we need you, an experienced IT Asset Manager who knows how to implement a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy.
As an IT Asset Manager on our team, youll use your experience to execute processes and workflows in accordance with the policies, processes, and objectives as defined in the Asset Management Strategy plan. You will set and define a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy with the customer, including setting goals, objectives, KPIs, and metrics. Youll assume responsibility for compliance with security policies and standards for IT assets. You will recommend and support the development and maintenance of approved processes for managing and tracking the full IT asset inventory and licenses, support the maintenance lifecycle from procurement to retirement, and oversee the shipping and disposable processes and execution for our United States Army mission partner.
Youll use your knowledge to support development and maintenance, and update approved policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, utilization, de-installation, reallocation, and disposal, of IT assets. You will set and implement IT cross-team integrations with IT Service Management processes such as Configuration Management, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
This opportunity will enable you to drive return on investment (ROI) and efficiency strategy through effective analytics and reporting, acquisition strategy and licensing, and process discipline to ensure IT Asset Management deliverables, according to the contract, are delivered on time and accurately. Meanwhile, youll assume responsibility for overall physical and virtual audits, including root cause analysis for noncompliance, action plans to address gaps, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions for technology, process, and training.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The compensation range is one component of the total package including benefits like health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and more.
