Key Responsibilities
IT Contract Tracking & Lifecycle Support
Maintain centralized tracking of IT contracts, including start/end dates, renewals, funding sources, and contractual commitmentsMonitor contract milestones and initiate contract review and renewal processes in coordination with IT owners, Procurement, and LegalSupport contract change tracking, amendments, and extensions to ensure spend alignment and governanceOperational Procurement & Invoicing Support
Support IT operational procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding coordinationAssist with invoice validation, ensuring charges align with contract terms, rates, and approved spendTrack invoice status, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payment processing with Finance and vendorsIT Operational Spend Management (Actuals & Forecasts)
Track and reconcile IT operational spend, including managed services, software, hardware, and contractor costsSupport monthly actuals tracking, variance analysis, and rolling spend forecastsProvide visibility into committed vs. forecasted spend to support operational and financial decision-makingAnnual Budgeting & Financial Planning Support
Partner with IT Directors and Managers during the annual IT budgeting processConsolidate budget inputs, validate assumptions, and support submission of operational IT budgetsFinancial Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and materials for IT leadership reviews and governance forumsProvide ad-hoc analysis and financial support to IT leaders to support vendor, contract, and spend decisionsGovernance, Compliance & Audit Support
Support IT financial governance processes and documentationAssist with audit readiness activities by ensuring contract, invoice, and spend records are complete, accurate, and traceableSupport compliance requirements in regulated environments as neededTools, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and enhance tools, templates, and dashboards supporting IT financial operations and contract trackingIdentify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility across ITRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience2 years of experience supporting IT financial operations, contract administration, procurement support, or budgeting activitiesStrong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial workstreamsEffective communicator able to partner with both technical and finance stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IT contracts, vendor management, or operational IT spendExperience working with Procurement and Legal on contract-related activitiesExperience in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsKey Competencies

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
