We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Global Service Delivery team based in our Singapore office. This role is a fixed-term role for 2 months + and is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, global technology organization.
The IT Support Analyst will serve as the primary on-site technology resource for the Singapore office, balancing hands-on IT support for employees with office operations coordination responsibilities. You will be the face of Corporate Technology in Singapore the first point of contact when something breaks, a new hire arrives, or the meeting room display needs attention. You will work closely with the Global Service Delivery team and take direction from the Senior Manager - IT Service Delivery, while also partnering with Facilities and Office Operations for day-to-day office needs.
