J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing (digital platform), J.P. Morgan Investments Direct, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors. J.P. Morgan (our Remote Wealth Management offering). As a Vice President on the CWM Business Project Management Team, you will support the Chase Wealth Management Business in both the day-to-day support of the business and its strategic initiatives. You will own and drive various aspects of large scale and day-to-day business initiatives, from both a tactical and strategic perspective. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and a rapid pace of change, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with various businesses and functional areas across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending and Business Banking. Job responsibilities include leading critical business projects end-to-end, acting as a business owner for key initiatives, leading the Branch Technology pillar, collaborating with stakeholders, driving prioritization and measurement of goals, identifying risks, interfacing with senior executives, building trust, leveraging cross-functional relationships, preparing reports, and strategizing implementation plans.
