The role focuses on maintaining business relationships and delivering quality service without sales pressure. - Claims Advisor Auto Physical Damage

The Claims Advisor investigates automobile and home claims, works with all parties in the settlement process, assesses damage, estimates costs and market value, reviews reports, and determines settlements. The role offers opportunities to develop in related profiles and gain additional compensation for extra caseloads. - Claims Reporting Specialist

The Specialist takes first notice of loss calls from clients, assesses their state, notes details to create claims files for Advisors, and reassures clients during their time of need.
