Job Description

What you’ll be working on:

Processing, validating, and posting invoices across AP/AR processes

Managing payments, cash collection, and cash allocation activities

Supporting cost control activities, including invoice review and query resolution

Performing reconciliations (bank, creditor, debtor, and service charge)

Liaising with suppliers, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders

Assisting with reporting, audits, and financial documentation

Identifying and resolving discrepancies, risks, or process issues

What we’re looking for:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good Excel and MS Office knowledge

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Additional European language skills are a plus
