Junior/ Medior .NET Developer

You’lljoin the Investments & Data Technology department within the Investments Bespoke Solutions (IBS) team. We build custom applications that directly support Robeco’s investment process and are used daily by portfolio managers and researchers.The team consists of around 20 engineers working in small, focused teams, each responsible for a set of applications. Weoperatefully in the cloud and focus on delivering reliable, scalable softwarewithreal businessimpact.

We work in small, autonomous teams consisting of developers, a lead developer, and aProductOwner. Teamsare responsible fortheir applications and work closely with the business to deliver improvements. TheProductOwner sets priorities, while developers design and build solutions. A Solution Architectprovidesoverall guidance to keep teams aligned.

We follow aDevSecOpsapproach, with full ownership from development to production. Automation, security, and quality are built into how we deliver. Our applications run on Azure, are modular and API-driven, and integrate with platforms like Snowflake. Front-end applications are built in Vue.js.

As a Junior/Medior.NET Developer,you’llwork on applications used daily by investment professionals.You’llcontribute to real features from the start and be part of a team that builds,maintainsand runs software end-to-end. Depending on your experience,you’llgrow from learning core engineering practices to taking ownership of solutions and driving improvements.

You’llgain hands-on experience with cloud development on Azure,DevSecOpspractices, automated testing, and CI/CD, helping deliver reliable and scalable software.
