Primary Job Summary:
The Junior Safety Support reports directly to the HSE Manager and works in close collaboration with Operations. The role supports the Employer and the RSPP; however, all legal responsibilities (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08) and strategic decisions remain under their authority and are not delegated.
The role plays a key operational role in supporting the HSE Manager in strengthening the safety culture within Geoclima.
This position is responsible for the technical execution and monitoring of EHS activities, acting as the daily point of contact between the HSE function and production departments. The role ensures that safety procedures are properly understood and consistently applied across operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in HSE roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
