WHAT YOU’LLDO
TheLanaʻiExperience Planner (LEP) isbased at theLos Angeles Sales Office andsupports Four Seasons ResortLanaʻi, Sensei Lanaʻi, and affiliatedLanaʻientities by coordinating personalized pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences. Working closely with resort teams, this role ensures seamless trip planning, exceptional guest service, and memorable experiences whileidentifyingopportunities to enhance guest engagement and drive incremental revenue.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage guest inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, providing personalized recommendations, building detaileditineraries, andmaintainingaccurateguest profiles to deliver exceptional service
Coordinate pre-arrival experiences by gathering guest preferences, travel details, and special requests, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution
Partner with resort departments and external providers, including transportation partners, to coordinate travel arrangements, shareaccurateinformation, and ensure a smooth guest journey
Identifyopportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized recommendations and upselling of resort services, activities, and experiences whilemaintaininga guest-first approach
Maintainaccurateguest records and complete administrative responsibilities, including confirmations, correspondence, reporting, and documentation to support operational excellence and service consistency

WHAT TOBRING
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24)hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.
Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Ability to travel toLānaʻiasrequiredfor business needs
Experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience coordination, concierge services, or other high-touch service environments
Proven ability to create personalized itineraries, coordinateactivitiesand special arrangements, and deliver seamless pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences
