Our Mission in Operations is to deliver an effortless experience for everyone - helping Monzo deliver on its mission of making money work for everyone.
Data is crucial to the success of this mission and Operations Analytics Engineers are at the core of how we build, scale and re-architect our Operations Data Warehouse to enable Monzo to make better decisions, faster, and help serve Monzos customers better.
We're looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer within our Operations team to help build world class service for the bank of the future. You will play a critical role in overseeing our foundational data platforms, identifying and driving opportunities to enhance our current capabilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in allowing us to scale into new markets and working with partners internally and externally to ensure we can design and build a first class system to meet our customers needs.

Youll work closely within our Operations Collective with product and engineering teams to build out our forecasting and routing systems, while partnering with our core operations team to enable a fast and agile workforce.
