LEAD DATA & ANALYTICS ENGINEER
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data & Analytics Engineer with 10+ years of experience to support web and >WIN
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum practices, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Working knowledge of data platforms
(e.g., Databricks or similar — monitoring and basic troubleshooting) is a plus.
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and take on additional responsibilities
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing global data projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience in integrating data visualization solutions with cloud-based architectures.
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.
Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools.
