Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Engineer to spearhead the design and development of server and storage hardware solutions. This role involves leading a team, driving design reviews, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to production.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of design engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Drive the end-to-end design and development of server and storage hardware boards, from high-level architecture to low-level implementation.
Conduct thorough data assessment and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize performance.
Perform comprehensive design reviews, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Oversee debugging processes to identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
Contribute to system-level design, ensuring seamless integration of hardware components.
Effectively communicate design concepts, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Lead by influence, motivating team members and cross-functional partners towards common goals.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in Board Development, specifically in Hardware Board level Design for server and/or storage systems.
Demonstrated expertise in High-Level Design and Low-Level Design (LLD) principles.
Strong understanding of System Level Design and integration challenges.
Proficiency in Data Assessment and analysis techniques relevant to hardware design.
Extensive experience with Debugging methodologies for complex hardware.
Solid background in conducting and participating in Design Reviews.
Exceptional Team Communication and interpersonal skills.
