WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are expanding the ADC Data & Communication team, whichoperatesacross Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico City. The DWH/BI Consultant is a highly skilled professional working within Consulting Services and based at the Advanced Delivery Center.The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert advice and functional delivery for the successful deployment of SimCorp Client Reporting products and services within a client's environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Actas atrustedadvisor, supportingourclients in the DataWarehouse/Business Intelligencearea.
Facilitaterequirementsgatheringworkshopsin both business and technical areas.
Participatein data platformmodernizationinitiativestoofferclients the bestcloudexperiencefor datawarehouseand BusinessIntelligence/reportingsolutions.
Design,implement, and testchangesto the DataWarehousemodel and ETLworkflows.
Work with dataingestionandextractionpipelines.
Test and optimizeprocessesandtoolstomeetperformance and dataqualityrequirements.
Leverageprojectexperiencetoestimateand plandeliveryof a small team.
Demonstrategrowthas asubjectmatterexpert (SME) for SimCorp productsortechnologies.
Participatein the companyknowledge-sharingculture, mentor juniorconsultants, andcontribute to theimprovementorcreationofimplementationstandards.
WHAT WE VALUE
Minimum 7yearsofprofessionalITexperience.
Hands-onexperiencewith Oracle andSnowflakedatabases.
Understandingof databaseconceptsand data modeling foranalyticsandreportingsolutions.
Understandingof DataWarehouseand ETL/ELTconcepts.
Experiencewith processing/migrating highvolumesof data.
Familiaritywithcloudenvironments(Azuredatastackpreferred).
SQL and PL/SQLprogrammingskills.
ExperienceimplementingBusinessIntelligence(QlikView/QlikSenseorPower BI).
Experiencedeliveringproject work (as amemberof projectteamsorganizedin agileorwaterfallmethodologies).
Comfortablewith businessrequirementsgatheringandclarification,includingdirectwork with businessusers.
Abilitytocoordinatesmallprojects,workstreams,orworkgroupsas aleadconsultant.
Experienceworkingas aconsultantforexternalclients(priorexperiencein Consulting Services).
Experienceworkinginaninternationalormulticulturalenvironment.
