Lead Analyst Role

Key Skills & Capabilities

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis, paired with advanced analytical and technical skills. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, solving complex problems, and supporting evolving business needs, but who is not yet seeking a people‑management role.

This position will be in Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad location.

Work Timings: 3:30 PM IST ~ 12:30 AM IST.

Financial & Accounting Acumen

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles
• Solid understanding of controls and data integrity checks
• Ability to interpret financial statements and analyze variances, trends, and drivers of performance

Advanced Data & Analytical Skills

• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, building dashboards, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to structure, manipulate, and validate large data sets
• Ability to recognize patterns, identify anomalies, and connect data points across multiple sources to support decision‑making

Technology & AI Enablement

• Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for learning and applying AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate analysis, and enhance insights
• Comfortable working with evolving tools, systems, and data sources, and adapting quickly as technology and business needs change

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
• Enjoys solving “puzzles” and navigating ambiguity, with the persistence to work through complex or unfamiliar scenarios
• Exercises sound judgment when balancing accuracy, speed, and business impact

Experience Level & Working Style

• Several years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high‑quality work with minimal oversight
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and accountable for outcomes, while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional partners
