JOB PURPOSE
Our Paid Search (SEA) consultants team is working on helping our clients developing and growing their online businesses. As a Lead youll be managing a team of SEA specialists ranging from junior to senior level working across various clients in different industries. Here you do not only run campaigns, but you also act as a business partner for our clients. This means that youre thinking with the client and youre consulting them based on marketing needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and carrying on with a resolution.
This role requires a deep understanding of paid search, strategic planning, and a passion for driving results. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
You are a critical thinker and analytical problem solver, equally curious and creative. You have a strong command of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and can effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. You have a track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our clients digital campaigns.
Besides your client responsibilities, youll also be working on developing your team. Its your responsibility, alongside the department head, to make sure every member has what they need to deliver their best work and that they grow professionally.
