The AI & HR Operational Transformation Lead is a senior individual contributor role within People & Culture/GPSD, tasked with a transformative mandate: to reimagine how Global People Service Delivery function operates by embedding artificial intelligence, automation and continuous improvement into its core.

This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, emerging technology and people-centric process design. The primary objective is to define and execute an AI strategy for GPSD - identifying high-impact opportunities where intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows and target="_blank">www.simcorp.com/career
