About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager for the Mobility Marketplace, you will spearhead product strategies that leverage advanced algorithms to optimize user experience, operational efficiency, and marketplace dynamics. You will own product vision, roadmap development, and execution, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver impactful algorithm-driven solutions.
What the Candidate Will Do
Develop and execute the strategic product vision for Mobility Marketplace, focusing on sophisticated algorithmic solutions.Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iterative optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless product implementation.Analyze complex market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments to inform strategic decisions and algorithmic product enhancements.Define clear, measurable product KPIs, track performance, and continuously improve based on data insights and user feedback.Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders, executives, and external partners to maintain strategic alignment and transparency.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Engineering) highly desirable.7+ years of product management experience, specifically involving algorithmic products or rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://jobs.uber.com/en/benefits.
