The Recording Engineering group is looking for a strong Lead Program Manager to join its leadership team and drive execution excellence across our global organization. This is a strategic role focused on leading complex cross-functional programs, improving operational discipline, managing budget planning and tracking, and increasing engineering productivity. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent execution skills, and the ability to turn leadership decisions into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
A key part of the role will be to introduce better ways of working using AI tools, AI agents, automation, dashboards, and >Own group-level execution, planning, tracking, budget planning, and operational governance.
