Position:Maintenance Manager

Location: Hong Kong InternationalAirport, T2

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site-based Maintenance Teamandactivities of the service contract.

• Effectively communicate with project team, maintenancepartnerand customer.

• Sets priorities, distributes work, andmonitorsprogress and quality.

• Drive the performance and reliability of automated handling systems,minimizingdowntimeandmaximizingproductivity.

• Identifiesrecurring issues and elaborates ideas for improvement, i.e. the quality of work, performance of employees and cooperation with other departments and stakeholders.

• Identifycontinuous improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions to enhance system and team performance.

• Manage andoptimizeCMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and maintenance tooling.

• Oversee spare parts managementin CMMSensuring availability whileoptimizingcosts and inventory levels.

• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

• Plan and manage team schedules and shift allocations.

• Ensureoptimalmanpowerdeployment andappropriate skilldistribution across shifts.

• Schedule, prioritize, andcoordinatemaintenance activities to ensuretimelycompletion.

• Driveteamwork andculture of continuous performance improvement within the team.

• Collaborateclosely withoperations team, maintenancepartnerand customerto alignmaintenance activities withday-to-dayoperational requirements.

• Lead initiatives for team capability building and skill enhancement.

• Background in industrial,logistics, or manufacturing environments.
