As a leader, they inspire the copy team to take creative risks, elevate the work, and produce strategic, persuasive messaging that strengthens brand narratives. The ideal candidate has editorial writing experience in the fashion and home categories within an agency, publishing, or brand setting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative peers and cross-functional partners to build strong relationships, develop integrated strategies, and deliver cohesive creative solutions across marketing platforms.
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into compelling storytelling that drives engagement and inspires action.
- Lead concept development for editorial campaigns and key brand initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, cultural conversations, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and forward-thinking.
- Mentor copywriters by providing guidance, feedback, and support to strengthen their work.
- Motivate the team to pursue creative excellence and innovation while meeting productivity and performance standards.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Who You Are:
- Candidates with a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3-5 years of relevant writing experience. 1+ year of management experience preferred.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
