Manager, Deal Management
Overview
Business Development Finance supports the development, planning, implementation, and execution of the corporate strategy within the customer business agreement process to drive business primarily with issuers, acquirers and merchants.
The Manager role mainly supports business development finance and business units in Southeast Asia (SEA) sub-region, building profitable and protected deals for Mastercard by playing an active advisory role in business, strategic and financial related projects.

Role Responsibilities
- Deal Structuring: Support SEA sub-region and assist account managers in complex business deals ensuring commercial profitability; perform rigorous reviews, negotiations, scenario analyses; provide guidance to legal; ensure compliance to corporate and regional policies; build financial capabilities within the business.
- Extended Business Support: Provide insights and financial support to monitor strategic investments, identify pricing initiatives and structuring opportunities.
- Support and drive regional Deal Management projects and initiatives across SEA and AP region.
- Champion regional reporting for Deal Management with data integrity and timely submissions.
Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years relevant experience in business development partnering, financial modeling or FP&A in an international organization.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP preferred.
- Leadership, motivation and influence skills within global matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong employee relations, influencing and management partnering skills.
