The Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales is responsible for managing and monitoring sales of integrated communication solutions to enterprise customers (multi-site regional businesses or national accounts) to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives consistently.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise on Comcast's products/services to manage sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services to enterprise customers with 20-500 employees, including medical and educational institutions.
- Ensure the selection, training, development, appraisal, and motivation of qualified Enterprise Account Executives.
- Develop and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to achieve business goals.
- Monitor employee performance, counsel, and address personnel issues per company policies.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales and performance records; ensure accurate forecasts.
- Design and manage territory team structures and coordinate with internal teams for efficiency.
- Implement best practices aligned with Comcast's values.
- Coach and develop sales representatives to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Compensation: Base pay range $92,235 - $153,725 annually with targeted commission $70,000; potential for earnings above target.
