En collaboration avec les quipes GTM et Marketing, vous affinerez continuellement notre proposition de valeur, notre mthodologie de vente et notre positionnement sur le march afin de rpondre aux besoins des dcideurs financiers et de garantir une valeur diffrencie travers l'cosystme des Services Financiers.
Le candidat idal est un leader impliqu, passionn par le dveloppement du personnel, l'identification des opportunits de march dans les services financiers et la mise en uvre de stratgies pour les saisir. Responsabilits :
- Constituer et diriger une quipe performante de responsables de comptes d'entreprise spcialise dans les services financiers, en proposant du coaching, du mentorat et des conseils pour favoriser le succs de l'quipe
- laborer et mettre en uvre des stratgies de vente adaptes aux cycles d'approvisionnement et aux processus budgtaires des services financiers afin d'atteindre et de dpasser les quotas de revenus de l'quipe
- Crer et maintenir des prvisions prcises, grer le pipeline et tablir des rapports tout en garantissant l'intgrit des donnes dans les systmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Travailler en partenariat avec Enablement pour dvelopper des programmes de formation et des ressources qui acclrent le temps de mise en uvre et l'efficacit du directeur de comptes entreprise, en mettant l'accent sur les cycles d'achat et les processus de prise de dcision des services financiers
- Travailler en troite collaboration avec les quipes d'ingnierie de l'IA applique pour dmontrer les capacits techniques avant la vente et optimiser les solutions aprs la vente pour les applications financires
- Permettez votre quipe d'avoir des conversations techniques crdibles sur les applications de l'IA dans les services financiers, tout en maintenant des mesures de protection appropries en matire de conformit et de rglementation

Profil recherch :
- Plus de 15 ans d'exprience en vente en entreprise dans les technologies de services financiers, de prfrence en favorisant l'adoption de solutions SaaS ou de technologies mergentes
- Plus de 5 ans d'exprience dans la direction des ventes, idalement la tte d'quipes vendant des institutions de services financiers en France ou sur le march europen au sens large
- Exprience confirme dans la cration et la direction d'quipes commerciales hautement performantes qui vendent des institutions financires, avec des succs dmontrs dans le coaching et le dveloppement d'AE
- Exprience de la mise en place et de la mise l'chelle de processus, d'outils et de mthodologies de vente dans des organisations croissance rapide proposant des services financiers
- Forte matrise technique et capacit comprendre les solutions complexes d'IA et leurs applications dans les services financiers, avec une exprience permettant aux quipes d'avoir des conversations techniques crdibles avec les parties prenantes, y compris les CTO, les CDO et les responsables des risques
- Exprience russie de partenariat avec des quipes techniques tout au long du parcours du client au sein d'institutions financires
- Comprhension approfondie des cycles d'achat des services financiers, des cadres rglementaires (y compris les considrations relatives la loi sur l'IA de l'UE), des processus d'approvisionnement et des principaux points de friction

About the role
As a Sales Manager for Financials Services at Anthropic, you will be a key member of the French leadership team defining and executing on our FSI strategy. You'll lead a cross functional team including Enterprise Account Executives driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with leading financial institutions across France. You'll leverage your leadership, consultative sales expertise and network in the Financial Services sector to propel revenue growth while developing a high-performing team
Working closely with Applied AI Engineering and Product teams, you'll help Financial Services customers embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across banking, insurance, asset management, and capital markets. In collaboration with GTM and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with financial decision-makers and ensure differentiated value across the Financial Services landscape.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for developing people, identifying market opportunities within Financial Services, and executing strategies to capture them. By leading the deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help financial institutions unlock new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Financial Services, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive team success
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Financial Services procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed team revenue quotas
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting while ensuring data integrity in CRM systems
- Partner with Enablement to develop training programs and resources that accelerate AE ramp time and effectiveness, with specific focus on Financial Services buying cycles and decision-making processes
- Work closely with Applied AI Engineering teams to demonstrate technical capabilities pre-sales and optimise solutions post-sales for financial applications
- Enable your team to have credible technical conversations about AI applications in Financial Services while maintaining appropriate guardrails around compliance and regulatory considerations
- Build strong partnerships across the organisation to drive strategic initiatives within the Financial Services sector
- Identify and execute on new market opportunities and use cases for Anthropic's AI solutions within banking, insurance, asset management, and capital markets
- Help your team navigate complex financial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, risk officers, compliance teams, IT departments, and procurement offices to build consensus
- Own and nurture CxO relationships
- Gather and synthesise customer feedback from Financial Services users to inform product direction and enhance customer experience
- Build and continuously refine the Financial Services sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks and best practices
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in Financial Services technology, preferably driving adoption of SaaS or emerging technologies
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally leading teams selling into Financial Services institutions in France or the broader European market
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams selling into financial institutions, with demonstrated success in coaching and developing AEs
- Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing organisations serving Financial Services
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI solutions and their applications in Financial Services, with experience enabling teams to have credible technical conversations with stakeholders including CTOs, CDOs, and risk officers
- Track record of successful partnership with technical teams throughout the customer journey within financial institutions
- Deep understanding of Financial Services buying cycles, regulatory frameworks (including EU AI Act considerations), procurement processes, and key pain points
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multithreaded sales cycles across diverse stakeholder groups and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles within financial institutions and helping AEs secure strategic deals
- Strong operational rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales metrics specific to Financial Services sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels, from analysts to C-suite executives in Financial Services
- Fluency in French and English
- Strategic approach to market analysis combined with tactical excellence in execution
- Passion for AI technology and commitment to its safe, responsible development for financial use cases
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the roles On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

300.000—375.000 EUR

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
