Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools, and materials usage.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use or acquire computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver's license and transportation for bank and corporate meetings.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire and train enthusiastic employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to maintain site cleanliness, stock, and organization per company standards.
• Maintain a professional image with subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, motivation, and separation.

Site Relationships

• Develop professional relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote safe and positive public image within community.

Training and Development

• Prepare and provide performance appraisals.
• Train employees on customer service, site image, marketing, and safety procedures.

Communication

• Ensure timely communication with all employees.
• Organize communication meetings with site employees and Market Manager.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans for site objectives.
• Maintain site files and manuals.
• Manage reports, merchandise stocking and display, and employment postings.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L and manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard all money received and disbursed.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with some outdoor duties like cleaning and garbage removal.
• Exposure to cold temperatures and occasional noise.
• Work with minimal supervision as an effective manager and leader.
