Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering activities to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role drives process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction while ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.

• Operations support: ME Process and Test

• Support uptime & availability of production equipment

• Drive productivity improvement activities

• Support scrap reduction opportunities

• Manage maintenance budget

• Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions

• Support VAVE cost saving process

• Mfg Process and Test development for New programs

• Support new business pursuit activities

• Support new product development (ADP, PDP) with manufacturing expertise

• Support proto, DV, PV build activities

• Development and implementation of new manufacturing lines/processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree Holders in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with 3 years in managerial/supervisory role
