Responsibilities:
Lead team of Change Analystssupporting New Product Introduction and Sustaining Operations at multiple sites.Align business demand with team capacity.
Setclear performance expectationsandchampion employeedevelopment.
Acts as subject matter expert (SME) of PLM process requirements; define and apply best practices.
Lead global alignment discussionson strategyandrequirements.
Trend, analyze, and report onchange managementdatain order toimprove product and process; develop recommendations based on data analysis.
Lead initiatives to reduce aging changes, improve throughput, and eliminate recurring process pain points.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
Typically requires8+years ofrelevantexperience inengineering orsimilar withhands‑on understanding of PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter or similar) and product lifecycle processes.
Strongly preferred:1-3 years of managementexperience
Consistent track record of collaboration, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams across complex ecosystemswith an enterprise mindset
Proven people‑management skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ability to navigate and influence across all levels of an organization, translating strategic vision into tangible outcomes
Experience applying quality regulation standards (e.g. 21CFR820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDD)
Strong understanding of manufacturing methods & terminology.
Knowledge of Lean Tools and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
Proficient in process mapping with demonstrated track-record ofdriving solutions through continuousimprovementcultureand project management.
Occasional travel,night and/or weekend work may be requiredto support 24-hour global manufacturing operation.
