About the role and team
The Regional Strategy & Planning team connects regional business aspiration with execution, shaping strategy, driving performance accountability, and unlocking efficient, sustainable growth across our major markets. This team operates at the high-stakes intersection of competitive intelligence, capital allocation, and operational governance, directly influencing decisions made by senior leadership. It is an environment where you will find tremendous purpose, but you must be ready to navigate constant change and make critical decisions under tight constraints.
This role is not about executing a comfortable, pre-written playbook. You will deal with a high degree of ambiguity, shifting market dynamics, and the messy reality of balancing short-term trade-offs against long-term business goals. If you possess an owner mindset, thrive under pressure, and are energized by solving complex, unstructured problems alongside a collaborative team, you will find immense opportunities to grow your career here.
What you'll do
- Define short- and long-term business priorities for the regional mobility business by partnering cross-functionally to align vertical leaders on focus areas, strategic trade-offs, and performance goals.
- Communicate the regional business narrative, strategic direction, and capital allocation priorities directly to global and regional leadership forums.
- Monitor complex market dynamics and quantify competitive landscapes to translate highly ambiguous external signals into actionable business recommendations.
- Enable and govern large-scale regional planning cycles and accountability frameworks, ensuring teams stay aligned on objectives while proactively flagging performance risks.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional growth initiatives from initial diagnostic scoping through to execution, navigating internal friction and unblocking cross-functional dependencies.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience structuring ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks using data-driven tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Professional proficiency in English and an additional regional language, with experience delivering executive-level verbal and written communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience synthesizing complex data analyses into clear, executive-ready narrative presentations to gain buy-in from senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain high execution quality standards and stay resilient while managing competing priorities within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience building financial or forecasting models to evaluate capital allocation scenarios, growth trade-offs, or business investment decisions.
Ready to Ride?
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you.
