Manager, Technical Design- Women's FashionRelocation Required to NYC. This position is onsite 5 days a week. At Walmart, our mission is to help people save money so they can live better. As a Manager, Technical Design – Women’s Sweaters & Knits, you will play a key role in shaping the future of women’s apparel by ensuring our intimates products meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and value. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Technical Design Manager to lead the fit and technical development of our women’s sweaters and knits from concept through production. This role is critical in ensuring that every garment meets Walmart’s fit standards, performance expectations, and delivers an exceptional customer experience for women’s products.
What You'll Do- Fit Leadership: Lead and conduct live fit sessions using women’s fit models, pattern expertise, and fit forms to evaluate sweaters and knit samples for fit, performance, and functionality. Ensure alignment with women’s design intent and customer performance expectations.
- 2D & 3D Pattern Expertise: Utilize 2D & 3D pattern tools to validate initial patterns, blocks, and grading during product development through production. Establish and maintain women’s grade rule tables and block libraries to streamline the fit process across sweaters and knits.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
