The Means & Methods (M&M) team is driving digital transformation across manufacturing operations by leveraging data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.

We are looking for a highly motivated engineer who is passionate about applying AI and digital technologies to solve real manufacturing challenges. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and global stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that transform the shopfloor and business processes.

• Provide support in insight generation, data analytics, and digital transformation projects across manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and decision-making.

• Lead or support AI-driven initiatives, including:

  • AI Visual Inspection

  • Microsoft Copilot Agents and Agentic AI solutions

  • Knowledge Management platforms and enterprise search solutions
