
The Marketing Campaign Manager, Semiconductor is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support Arrow’s Global Components business with a focus on Semiconductors. This role sits within Arrow’s Corporate Marketing organization and works in close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive aligned, effective go-to-market execution.
Highly collaborative by design, this role operates in a matrixed environment and is dedicated to supporting Semiconductor supplier management and Semiconductor product groups. The Marketing Campaign Manager partners across teams to translate business and product priorities into clear campaign plans, ensure coordinated execution across channels, and deliver measurable results.
WhatYou’llBe Doing:
Plan and manage marketing campaigns in support ofGlobal Components, Semiconductor related priorities
Partner closely with supplier managementandotherinternal stakeholders to align campaignobjectives, messaging, and timing
Support field enablement activities by partneringacross the business, including with the field and salesteams,to translate campaignobjectivesinto clear enablement assets, guidance, and timelines that help the field understandwhat’sbeing promoted, why it matters, and how to engage customers effectively
Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to coordinate execution across channels and programs
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables from intake through launch and post-campaign analysis
Ensure campaign plans are clearly defined, well-sequenced, and aligned to business goals
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating results into insights and recommendations
Use performance data and learnings tooptimizein-flight campaigns and inform future planning
What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within electronics, components, industrial, or technology-driven environments
Direct experience managing integrated marketing campaigns supporting product portfolios, business units, or vertical markets—owning planning, execution, and performance measurement
Strong understanding of electronics or component-based businesses, including how product availability, lifecycle status, and technical differentiation influence go-to-market strategy and campaign performance
Proven ability to manage always-on and programmatic marketing efforts, balancing baseline demand generation with incremental campaign investments to support business priorities
Experience working in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization, partnering closely with product management, supplier management, sales, and marketing teams
Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes, including demand generation, pipeline contribution, eCommerce revenue, or lead generation in B2B environments
