Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and public relations programs to increase census.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare referral networks.
- Manage marketing communications including brochures, newsletters, and media relations.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and facility policies.
- Organize internal communications and assist departmental programs.
- Participate in community groups to promote facility support.
- Lead training related to marketing and public relations.
- Prepare departmental budget and supervise staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years in healthcare marketing may substitute).
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living marketing.
- Strong relationships with local healthcare referral sources.
- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to manage physical demands including occasional lifting and prolonged computer use.
