Auto Glass Now is seeking experienced and certified Automotive Glass Installation Technicians and Lead Technicians to join their team at Store#50, located at 9306 Colerain Ave, Ohio. As part of Driven Brands, Auto Glass Now provides high-quality auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install windshields and other auto glass in the shop or via mobile units
- Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, and Forward Collision Alert
- Repair chips and other glass damage
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments from mobile customers
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of automotive glass installation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maneuver safely around vehicles during installations
- Capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Must be over 18 years old (some states allow 16+)
