Perform all responsibilities of the MHE Technician I position.
Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities based on equipment criticality and operational requirements.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensuretimelycompletion of PMs and corrective maintenance work orders.
Review, prioritize, and monitor CMMS work orders to ensureaccuratedocumentation andtimelycompletion.
Coordinate third-party service providers and verify quality of completed work.
Receive and coordinate emergency service calls during scheduled on-call rotations, using sound judgment to triage equipment failures and determineappropriate responsepriorities.
Providetechnical guidance and support to MHE Technician I personnel.
Analyze recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Support inventory management, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assistwith maintenance ofadditionalwarehouse equipment as the maintenance program expands.
Extensive experiencemaintainingelectric powered industrial trucks (forklifts).
Advanced troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic control systems.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize competing demands, and work independently.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectivelyutilizea Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders, maintenance history, and preventive maintenance activities. Training will be provided asrequired.
Ability to research technical documentation and manufacturer resources to resolve complex equipment issues with minimal supervision.
Valid Class 5 Quebec Driver's Licence.
Preferred Experience
ExperiencemaintainingRaymond powered industrial trucks, including reach trucks, order pickers, pallet trucks, walkie riders, end riders, and other electric forklifts.
Experience working in refrigerated or cold-storage warehouse environments.
Experience servicing lead-acid and lithium-ion battery systems, charging equipment, battery management systems, and associated components.
Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software and manufacturer service documentation.
Experience using a CMMS.
Certification or training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, heavy equipment repair, or a related trade.
Welding or fabrication experience is considered an asset.
