Керує командою з управління матеріалами в межах виробничого осередку (workcell). Розробляє та впроваджує стратегії управління матеріалами. Контролює та постійно вдосконалює процеси і показники ефективності. Вирішує питання, пов’язані з матеріалами. Виступає основною контактною особою для клієнтів з питань матеріалів.
ОСНОВНІ ЗАВДАННЯ
- Керує командою матеріального забезпечення виробничого осередку, щоб усі процеси планування матеріалів і виробництва відповідали цілям підрозділу та осередку.
- Несе відповідальність за керування командою: забезпечує своєчасний і змістовний зворотний зв’язок щодо результатів роботи співробітників, проводить щорічні оцінки ефективності та розробляє плани навчання. Відповідає за щоденну діяльність виробничого осередку.
- Розробляє та координує впровадження стратегічних ініціатив з управління матеріалами для конкретного виробничого осередку. Реалізує стратегії підрозділу матеріалів і осередку.
- Формує розуміння ключових показників ефективності (KPI) у команді та забезпечує досягнення або перевищення встановлених цілей. Постійно контролює та вдосконалює процеси і показники ефективності.
- Аналізує причини зупинок виробничих ліній (line down). Забезпечує точність критично важливих даних у корпоративних системах.
- Виступає основною контактною особою для клієнтів з усіх питань, пов’язаних із матеріалами. Координує процеси підготовки комерційних пропозицій та/або управління попитом.
- Дотримується всіх правил і норм охорони праці та техніки безпеки, пов’язаних із посадою, а також виконує інші вказівки керівника.
- Дотримується всіх процедур відповідно до політик безпеки компанії.
- Виконує інші обов’язки за необхідності.
