The role for Medical Sales Rep would be based in Capetown, looking after the Southern Suberbs for the Established Pharmaceutical
Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded
generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory
What you will do:
• Design appropriate strategy to achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory
• Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives in the region;
• Maintain highcustomer call rate, strike rate andterritory coveragetarget;
• Compile and updatesales operating planfor region;
• Identify new business opportunities;
• Arrange and runCME events;
• Establish and maintainKOL relationshipsin the area
• Attend all relevant trade conferences as required;
• Attend cycle meetings and conferences;
• Must complete country trip and day trips in the area

Qualifications:
A Degree inBiochemistryOR pharmaceutical Sciences OR Human Physiology OR Marketing is essential.
Experience Required
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experiencedoctor detailingis essential.
• Experiences having dealt with Gyneas, GPs AND Specialists in the following disciplines in the Southern
Suburbs of Cape Town will be an advantage : Cardiovascular/Diabetes, Aneasthesia and Womens Health .
• Strongsales track recordand soundorganizational skills
• Knowledge and relationships with key stake holders in region will be an advantage
• EstablishedKOL relationshipsand specialist relationships an advantage
• Good communicator and self-motivated
•Business planningacumen and ability.
•Computer literacy(Excel, Word, Power Point).
Must have own vehicle and avalid driver's license
