We aim to strengthen our mobile services for corporate clients and grow them into a core pillar of our business. This position is part of the Service Planning Department and will be responsible for planning and providing optimal solutions, primarily centered around mobile services, to meet the needs and solve the challenges of corporate clients. You will be able to work with cutting-edge technologies, create innovative services that change society, and experience personal growth through collaboration with diverse industries, all while having significant discretion to be involved consistently from planning to implementation.

Position Details

Planning and developing mobile and peripheral solutions (device services, mobile data plans, etc.) to address corporate management challenges

Formulating new business models by integrating multiple advanced technologies

Designing and building "ideal service delivery structures," including mobile basic services and device sales, based on internal and external sales requirements

Leading and managing complex projects by effectively engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders

Project Examples

Planning of new services leveraging technologies surrounding the mobile business (5G, AST SpaceMobile, AI, Cloud, IoT, etc.), including market analysis, sales strategy, business planning, and operational setup

End-to-end service strategy formulation and operational design to accelerate customer DX (including consideration of mobile basic services and rate plans)

Mandatory Qualification:

At least 3 years of work experience

Eager to take on new challenges

Highly motivated to actively learn and deepen understanding of unknown knowledge and technologies

Able to tenaciously tackle problem-solving even in difficult situations

Experience in project planning and management

Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

Practical experience in planning or developing new services for corporate clients

Experience in service planning and development integrating multiple technical elements in the IT/DX field

Experience in deeply understanding corporate management challenges and proposing solutions
