We're looking for a part-time Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness in McCandless, Pittsburgh, PA. This role focuses on creating a positive member experience by providing top-notch customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
- Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, conducting tours, signing up new members, and assisting the Club Manager with cash drawer counts.
- Update member accounts as needed.
- Respond professionally and timely to member questions and concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club by completing daily cleaning duties, walk-arounds, and special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on club needs.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fitness and health.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional behavior and language at all times.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during the shift.
