What Youll Do

As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hatsfrom fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isnt a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where youll help real small business owners thrive every day.

Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Logistics Support

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.

Building & Facilities

• Open and close the building following operational checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
• Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.

Member Support

• Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
• Engage with Members on the flooranswering questions and providing help.
• Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.
• Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

Who You Are

Youre energized by variety, motivated to work hard, and love connecting with people. Youll succeed in this role if youre as comfortable lifting a box as you are greeting a member.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations provided).
• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks.
• Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory.
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
