- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of Dynamics 365
- Working closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Providing post-implementation support (help desk)
- Providing onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
- Learning, utilizing, and promoting the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus
- Experience with Scribe is a plus
- SQL Server Reporting Services experience is a plus
