The Data & AI Manager acts as a thought leader in digital transformation across solution areas to advise customers. Helps the team create vision for the customers and develop plans to drive sales.
The Data and AI team acts as trusted advisors and subject matter experts with core capability and expertise in AI, Analytics and Data Modernization. They work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business priorities and help guide customers' journey through Analytics-led Azure Data transformation.
They support customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision.
Responsibilities
- People
- Work with C-level executives, senior management, solution architects and IT managers to manage the Microsoft platform and capabilities.
- Act as the linking pin between the Client and Development teams, taking the delivery lead role and responsible for project management.
- Respond agilely to new business priorities, market conditions and customer opportunities with rapidly deployable solutions.
- Processes
- Improve processes and programs for more effective and efficient client workflows; make processes repeatable, scalable, and cost saving.
- Solve problems with powerful Microsoft Cloud solutions enabling interoperability across multiple lines of business.
- Technology
- Deliver impact quickly by deploying or augmenting solutions to enable ISV and Platform customers to accelerate business results and improve time to value.
- Take a data-first approach leveraging Microsoft AI to deliver insights and actions that create better customer experiences.

Requirements
- +5 years advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload in high-pressure environments, instilling urgency as needed.
- Strategic, problem-solving mindset with analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills able to interact with diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to identify and develop business solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams and lead through influence.
Bonus
- Experience using AI to enhance customer experience.
- Microsoft Certifications, e.g. AZ-900, AZ-303, expertise with Power BI, data integration/analytics solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch preferred; programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript advantageous.
